Ingredients

  • 0.551 pounds of chicken meat Cuisto
  • 1  chopped onion,
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 102  pounds of flour
  • 0.110 pounds of   bread  yeast
  • 4 eggs + 2 boiled eggs
  • A small oil cup
  • Salt
  • 0.220 pounds of  grated cheese
  • Spices: 1 teaspoon of spice (Kuzbar), 1 teaspoon of turmeric, ½ teaspoon of black pepper

Preparation

Put the garlic, onion and chicken in a pan with a ½ cup of oil to get a golden brown color, then add a little water and spices, let it cook for about 20 minutes. Keep the preparation aside

 Mix the flour with two eggs, ½ cup of oil and a pinch of salt adding little by little warm water until getting a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest in a dry place. 

When the chicken mixture gets cool enough, add grated cheese, two finely chopped boiled eggs, and 2 eggs. Mix well.

Put half of the dough well spread in a greased mold, add the mixture and cover it with the other half of well spread dough.

Bake in oven at 180° C for twenty minutes.
